Reduce Stress Less Belly

Reducing stress can help with the build up fat forming around the mid section. It can be easier said than done, with all the curve balls that life throws your way! Regular exercise can help reduce stress. Try to exercise at least 30 min a day 5 days a week. Get away from what ever is stressing you out for at least 30 min a day. The 30 min you can be exercising or just relaxing for a while. I say finally you need to find something fun to get involved in. ''Laugh is good all the time and all the time laugh is good''. I have heard this before. I am not quite sure of the biology behind it but I assume that the body is preparing for stress and assumes that it will need energy so will hold onto all the reserves that it can.
