Streching

I am a big fan of stretching. It is something you should do all the time, before and after workouts most importantly. It will give you a greater range of motion which will help prevent injuries. If you don't work out much it will help with over all stability. It may be uncomfortable if you don't stretch at first but stay at it and it will get easier the more and more you stretch.
